Lake Dillon sits in the valley right in the middle of Summit County Colorado.  It is surrounded by towns all around its perimeter. To the North are the towns of Frisco, Silverthorne, and Dillon. On the East side are Keystone and Arapaho Basin Ski Resorts. On the Southwest side is the town of Breckenridge and the largest ski resort in the world. On the West side is Copper Mountain Ski Resort.
