Found these two breeds of oysters at Whole Foods in Frisco CO this evening. The Rappahannock Oysters bigger than the Wellfleet Oysters. I’m starting to learn that oysters are typically named as to where they came from. So the Rappahannock oysters cam from the Rappahannock River in Virginia. These are supposed to be buttery and creamy.
